My Treatment Approach

I provide a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment with several different integrative approaches. My counseling style is rooted in person-centered compassion, along with a strength-based and mindfulness emphasis.

Many times, our lives encounter challenges along the way. I believe clients are the experts on their experiences, and I hope to serve as a guide to help them navigate through those struggles and reach their personal goals.  My perspective is influenced by Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based CBT, Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Existentialism, Positive Psychology, Interpersonal Skills, Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), and Strength-Based Theories.
