I am currently offering Individual Counseling Therapy sessions. Sessions can be in-person or via telehealth. There may be occasions when I offer couples, family, and group sessions as well.

The Initial Intake Session allows for 90 minutes. Afterward, Regular and recurring Individual sessions will be scheduled for roughly 60 minutes.

Yes, JMYcounseling, PLLC will keep your client information confidential. During the Initial Intake session and throughout therapy, the client has the option to e-sign a release of information (ROI), if the client chooses to have the clinician communicate with anyone.
